The Clayton State University Men’s Soccer program is supported by a highly experienced athletic training professional with a diverse background across multiple levels of collegiate, professional, and national team soccer. With experience spanning NCAA Division I, II, and III institutions, his career includes roles with the University of North Florida and Mercer University at the Division I level, Clayton State University in Division II, and Penn State Abington in Division III.
Sean has served in leadership positions such as Director of Sports Medicine and Assistant Athletic Director at Penn State Abington, as well as Associate Athletic Trainer at Edward Waters College. His experience also extends into the professional soccer landscape, having been invited to work as an athletic trainer with the Atlanta Silverbacks and San Antonio Skorpions.
In addition to collegiate and professional experience, Sean currently works with the U.S. Soccer Federation, working with youth national teams ranging from the U-14 through U-20 programs, as well as Extended National Teams including Beach, Futsal, Deaf, and Cerebral Palsy men’s teams. This breadth of experience reflects a strong commitment to athlete health, performance, and development at all levels of the game, enhancing the overall excellence and support structure of the Clayton State Men’s Soccer program.
